Phase One (top level orientating yourself)
Research and discovery includes a client briefing and time to consider the marketplace and media landscape for your context.
We agree on timelines, budgets and what kind of success matters to you.

Phase Two (competitor and audience analysis)
With industry insights we find out how you could set yourself apart and build stronger ties with people. We learn about your customer’s journey and aim to understand how we can most effectively move them, where they choose to spend time and when they’d most likely be open to listening.

Phase Three (channel and message planning)We identify the most effective media channel opportunities and methods of communication (including partnerships). The aim is to develop targeted messaging for each specific platform that connects with the right people and stands out in noisy online spaces.

We consider all possible interactions including paid, earned, shared and owned channels and prioritise these based on your media budget, team resources and areas of focus.

Phase Four (measurement and learnings)
This is the most important bit.  Everything we do is measured so that you can learn how to do better and understand what’s working. We’ll share actionable findings that either help adjust existing campaigns or create powerful new ones.
